The Parlor


 Can't get away overnight, but still want a delicious, filling breakfast? Enjoy a full, 3 course B&B style brunch, just like our overnight guests. From fresh warm scones and pastries, perfectly crisp country potatoes, and plenty of savory bacon, our traditonal breakfasts will start your day off just right. We grind our coffee each morning, to ensure you have the freshest brew possible, and we offer a full menu of specialty Republic of Tea flavors for those who like to start their day with the perfect cuppa. Advanced reservations are required, so be sure to plan ahead! Cost is $25.00 per person.
 For our overnight guests, breakfast is included with your stay and served each morning at 9 am in the Main House.

Victorian Tea 

Victorian Tea is a hallmark of the Kimmell House Inn, and a wonderful way to experience the history and tradition of high tea. Hosted by owners Deb and Dean, you are sure to enjoy this special event. The elegant yet relaxed atmosphere allows you to slow down and focus on the company of your family and friends. The sharing of tea encourages happy conversation, and fosters relationships. What a perfect way to pass an afternoon together! 
When enjoying our Victorian Tea, each guest is served an individual tiered tray. We fill it with finger sandwiches, fresh baked scone and clotted cream, cake and delicious small bites of sweets and fruit. For children, we offer shaped pb&j sandwiches and pretzels in place of finger sandwiches. Everything is handmade in our kitchen and includes your cup of tea.  Advanced reservations are required.
 Adults $35.00 & children $20.00 per person.  

The Sitting Room
Reservations and Cancellations 
For our exclusive B&B style brunch and Victorian Tea, advanced reservations are required.
A minimum of 7 days notice is recommended.
All reservations must be secured with a credit card. If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the reservation time or the party does not show, a charge of $15 per person will be processed to the credit card used to secure the reservation.

The cancellation fee reflects the cost of food, drink, and staffing incurred by The Kimmell House Inn in anticipation of your reservation. In addition, The Kimmell House Inn is holding space for your group during that time period and loses the opportunity to book other reservations if dates are cancelled at the last minute.
